Before transitioning to real estate, she devoted almost two decades to the healthcare field. Specifically, she served as an occupational therapist and rehabilitation manager in geriatric rehabilitation, offering mentorship and specializing in dementia care over the years.

By combining her passion for healthcare with real estate, she earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation, demonstrating her ability to navigate the unique challenges faced by homebuyers, sellers, and renters over 50 years old. She also holds a certification in the Lifestyle Home Loan; a powerful financing option designed specifically for homebuyers aged 62 and older. 

Kerry also holds a certification in short sales and foreclosures, further expanding her ability to support clients with diverse needs and circumstances.
